YAML has been in widespread use in Perl for some time, but the Perl YAML modules have been frustrating to use.
Ingy döt Net is just now finishing up his TPF grant to make the Perl YAML modules the best of any programming language.
In this talk, Ingy will explain the new YAML modules and new APIs, including:
- YAML::Perl
- YAML::XS
- YAML.pm - all new
- The all new APIs including SAX-like streaming
